Noon with Emily Dickinson | final version
translated poem:
Południe z E. Dickinson
-
Józefa Ślusarczyk-Latos
I was standing there long at noon
looking at the mirror
deep -
until my reflection vanished
which was tomorrow and yesterday
time moved back and reversed
(I kneeled down)
then - behind me stood
Emily's transparent angel
splitting the light into halves
I did not know which shape was real
which one was an illusion
which one was life -
and the angel raised me from my knees

Drogi Cavemanie, bardzo dziękuję, serdecznie pozdrawiam i oczywiście - czekam na więcej - ))ps;
nie oceniam tłumaczenia własnego wiersza, bo nie wypada, nie znam też angielskiego, ale czuję, że to dobre yłumaczenie jest - //
