Look, two gents are there to meet
Walking slowly Cracow's street
They have straw in heads and shoes
Tim and Jim - and both are boozed
Spreading round personal charm
When they walk so arm in arm
They show the dull-witted eyes
Their looks are not so nice
One of them constantly sniffs
As if having "buts and ifs"
Weak in posture, strong in speech
Bats and pigeons wants to teach
Jim is grey, his back to stoop
And third wife himself to look
Seeing two-legged horse to buck
It's Lajkonik - his bad luck
They are both easy to handle
They're searched for with a candle
There is for them big demand
They are loved and fun at hand
