I wanted it
I yearned for it
I dreamt of it
I worked for it
I waited for it
I finally got it

Now that I got it
the elation didn't last
Got a feeling of emptiness
A feeling of being let down
A feeling of being lost
Did I really want it
Why aren't I happy now that I got it
Was it just the chase,
and not the prize.
