I drank, raped, killed and was evil
until it all became trivial
as a poet I wasn't apt
use metaphors well and adapt

literalism flooded my heart
to body level from the start
no fault of mine can be proved
but still to jail I'll be moved

faith in me is of no avail
I'll start writing poems in jail
and You, Sad God, my Editor
will be in the first metaphor
