Reform-Loose | final version

being a progressive man
I made lots of reforms then
in good faith I built a lot
scouts did help me in the plot
also boys from MI5
accompanied and did strive
in this mess they took o, Lord!
ton of steel as a reward
I was cheated by those knaves
stead of palace there were caves
should be pride,but now is void
all for me to be annoyed
it should have gone smoothly on
but alas! all wits were gone
