the sacrifice of the killed with
immobility of seconds and iron
a graal of blood
on the tracks leading to the sun
to the pure truth
and the sacrifice of the ones who helped
out of need of a heart
united in memory
that will last

and that night so scared -
torn suddenly
like the conscience
