Vast oceans of ceaseless incessant thoughts
Clouds of doubts obscuring the clear sky of faith
Endless waves of impermanence lashing the shores of serenity
Howling winds of mistrust spoiling the inner calm
The pervasive darkness of ignorance shielding the Truth
Will insight through meditation part the concealing curtains?
Will the Truth break through the mist and liberate the mind?
